I had such a wonderful experience at my local Schewels in WINCHESTER, Virginia. Ben Teresa Mike the whole crew took care of me. We had laughed and had so much fun especially with Teresa the new girl thanks again for helping me with my new TV. It looks great.
View on GoogleSales associates were great , took care of all of my needs . Great experience. However delivery is very poor . My time from was 1:30 to 5:30 , All confirmed and ready. Its now 5:45 no call , no update ,and no furniture. Very disappointed. Definitely need some improvement. Not good at all. Update the delivery guys made to my place at 7:30 , very professional and very nice guys . Did Avery good job.
View on GoogleI special ordered a loveseat, was told at time of ordering, it would be maximum of 11 weeks for them to receive it the another week for delivery. They even said that it usually only takes 3 or 4 weeks. So that was January 16. It is now May 5th, we still have not received. My wife has called once as was told that it would ship in April. IT HASN'T!!! I have called twice since then and was told I would receive a call back. I have not received a call back yet. Next time we will go to Grand Piano for our furniture needs.

Now the my problem is delivery, I work out of town and unable to fit my work with their delivery times I can't get late afternoon deliveries from them. Sometimes you really don't feel like the customer. No I don't have family or friends close by to receive for me.
