She took the time to answer all of my questions over the phone, which I truly appreciated. When I came into the store in person, Gwen immediately approached me and made me feel like I was the most important customer there. She stayed with me throughout the entire process of purchasing my new La-Z-Boy couch and recliner and made everything easy and stress-free. She was especially helpful during the financing and ordering process, explaining everything clearly and making sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Excellent customer service like this is hard to find these days. We were lucky enough to meet Andrea Ludwig, a veteran of many years in the furniture business. She was patient, helpful, and professional without being pushy. She listened to our ideas, offered suggestions, and helped us select the fabric that would look best in our home.
