View on GoogleExcellent service from sale to delivery. Great communication, met our delivery target, and assembled by knowledgeable employees. Once I decided on a brand I had two options: purchase on the internet for more, face delivery issues because of its size, and assemble myself. The other option was finding and contacting retail stores within a 60 miles radius who claim to sell this product. Schroeder responded immediately, the other well known Grand Rapids store never did.

Sales staff friendly and patient and the delivery guys were also friendly, courteous and very considerate of not walking in our house with wet shoes. They were great guys. View on Google~Bed shopping yesterday. ~I was pleased with Schroeder's selection of beds and the ability to stay within my budget for a good mattress, foundation and frame. Terry assisted me. She listened to me, understood my needs and price point. She showed me options and allowed me time to try different beds, styles firmnesses. My bed was delivered today (about 21 hours after my purchase)! I was given a short delivery window and they showed up right on time, were friendly and efficient. I am very pleased and plan to get a restful sleep tonight :) :) ~The (other) store i stopped at first had alot less selection, the bed i considered was not in stock and was pushed above the price I wanted as the pieces were not a set. Delivery fee was ridiculous for a few mile trip and they suggested it could be 2-3 weeks to get on their delivery schedule. :( ~What a pleasure it was to shop and purchase from Schroeder Furniture. Thanks Terry and other helpful staff. :) :)
