Imperial Furniture is great to work with. We have bought many pieces of furniture over the years, with amazing quality and service. I bought a bed 19 years ago and the side rail recently cracked. We stopped in to see if we could order a new one or if they knew someone who could make one. No, they found one in back room that was the perfect color and size. They brought it out the same day and put it on the bed and it’s like new again. You would not get that service anywhere else! Thank you! We will be back!

I bought a sofa, chair and coffee table and it was custom ordered and all arrive perfect and its gorgeous! If you are looking for furniture look no further. This is the place to go! View on GoogleWe looked everywhere for our living room seating (Taslma, Klingman's, etc.) This little place off the beaten path is worth the drive. The building is a bit sad - but be brave and go in! When they ask if they can help you, you must say "yes, please" because that is why you came here. You won't be disappointed by this family-run business. They are kind, take the time to understand your needs, work with you in fabric selection (we spent hours here and took a ton of samples home), and help you order when the factory is having a sale. When our sofas were delivered, we felt as though the cushions were firmer than we expected, so they came back and picked up the cushions and brought them to the factory for rework, and then delivered them back to our house. Who does that?

We were treated very courteously when we asked to return them after one week. Thank you, Imperial's entire staff, for your kind handling of our return.
