Bought a new memory-foam mattress here over memorial day weekend. Seller was incredibly helpful, informative, and low-pressure. Delivery process was smooth, free, and they even removed our old mattress. Would highly recommend supporting this small business! For complaints that mattresses are too firm - ours took a while to break it, and we rotated it several times as part of this process. We were warned accordingly. It's taken about a month but broken in great and now very comfortable.

Had a great experience with Alex! He showed us the mattresses that were available and was honest and transparent on cost and benefits. We ended up with a custom made mattress since we wanted extra firmness.

Two years ago I bought a store brand latex mattress here, the Highlands mattress. It's the most comfortable mattress I've ever slept on in my life. It still feels just like the first time I slept on in. I love it so much and really appreciate that it's made right here in Ballard.

Seattle Mattress Co is incredible! They are a family run business and have a long history in Ballard. We ended up purchasing one of their locally made in-house mattresses. We've slept on it for a few months now. It was well priced, great quality and one of the best mattresses I've purchased. We also purchased a sheet set from them, highly recommend. Their delivery team was fantastic. Of course, this purchase and delivery was made prior to COVID 19 concerns and shut downs. Thanks again for everything!
