I'm unsure if it was merely happenstance or what, but I had a rather outstanding experience here today. I met the two brothers, Drew and Blake, who either are or are to be the owners of the business, as well as Joshua. All of them helped me fumble my way through the process of bed buying with expediency, knowledge, and reassurance, as well as the appearance of a local celebrity. Everything seemed to be of outstanding quality and care, the only complaint, and minor at that, I can think of is that of what I assume to be floor workers seemed to either ignore me or were otherwise too busy but there wasn't a clear indication of who was "front-end" and who was "back-end" in a sense, so there's a good chance it was my own misunderstanding.
View on GoogleUpdate: B&M quickly resolved this situation to our satisfaction. Thank you! We bought a top-of-the-line mattress here two years ago and it's failed. Customer service has been non-existent. We're still waiting for the Mattress Factory to get back to us. We need a new bed, help!

View on GoogleThe salesman in charge of this outlet store was very nice and helpful. They have very good options here, and better prices, but only if you are looking for bed furniture. I know, it makes sense because of the name of the store "Bedrooms and More". I think in the main store they also have other type of furniture, like dining tables. I recommend this place if you are thinking about buying a bed. They have also financial options.
