BEWARE!!!!!!Spent $2500. Paid $400 extra for two extra chairs. The invoice says chairs will be delivered on 6-2-25 It is 6-20-25 and still do not have them. I requested my money back for two chairs and they refuse to give me cash back for chairs. I just called still no chairs at the store. They are saying they will deliver on next Thursday. So the 2nd of June has turned into the 26th of June and I still probably won’t get them. I told him I would return the whole dining set and he said he can’t refund me. He had no problem taking my money and making promises but can’t keep them. I would not recommend buying anything for these clowns. I will never buy anything from this place It’s cheap product and there word is meaningless. Just excuses DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY AT THIS PLACE!!!!

Purchased some couches and after a few months had some issues. Called customer service and always spoke to someone, never had to leave a message or wait long. Due to it being a tough year, our issue took awhile to get resolved. Customer service rep was always available to assist and give updates. Treated us well and went above and beyond to help us. Really exceeded all our expectations.

Purchased a bed and paid $800. It was a nice looking bed when it got delivered it was super flimsy and not worth the price. It seemed as if it was something ordered on wish. After a week the wood gave out and I had to purchase a whole new bed.

i went in a couple of days ago to look around, i ended up buying the Gloria bed set, i liked how Daniel let me walk around to look, without being to pushy on purchasing anything, he worked with me on waiting to bring in my down payment on my next paycheck, bed set was delivered 2 days after i made down payment, i would of gave 5 stars but the delivery was set for friday 9/23/16 between 2-5pm, i got off work early for that reason, well it was 6pm and still no delivery, i called the furniture store because i guess they close the delivery department at 5pm, the girl there said they were behind 1-2hours, told her they could of called me to let me know they were behind, i could of stayed at work, said sorry for the inconvenience, only problem i had, their lack on communication when it comes to delivery.
