From the moment of stepping inside, to completing the sale, to delivery- it all has been flawless! Customer service exceeded my expectations. I looked up the bedroom set we purchased from them and compared to another company and Sides was roughly $400 cheaper. They delivered and set up. Definitely would recommend to everybody! Don’t let the outside turn you away from walking in.

View on GoogleWent in a few weeks ago looking for an upright freezer. The one I wanted they had on the floor was sold but they had another in the back. Took me about 20 minutes to complete the entire transaction and the next week it was delivered and that’s only because I wanted to wait that long. They would have delivered it within a few days. I’ve made multiple purchases at Sides and they’re always helpful. My next purchase will be an under the counter built in Ice-maker. They’re a pleasure to do business with and make it easy too.
View on GoogleMy wife and I went into Sides Furniture planning to purchase a living room set, but the customer service completely ruined the experience. We walked in and no one offered any help. We walked around looking at living room groups for a while finally a sale person approach us, we told him what we were looking for and he show us things we had no interest in. I told him when we see something we like I'll let him know...He still followed us around like we were going to walk off with the store..One thing I don't like is to be hounded when I looking for something... Needless to say, we took our business elsewhere, and I won’t be coming back.

Bart Williams was our salesperson and he is amazing. He has tremendous designer skills and can help you put a room together like no other. We are so happy with our beautiful custom Sofa.
