My family visited Siker's Furniture on Thursday, July 2, knowing we wanted a new living room set but feeling overwhelmed by all the options. We also had a very tight timeline. We were hosting family for the Fourth of July and hoped to replace our old sectional before then.
From the moment we met Kathy, our experience was exceptional. She patiently walked us through the showroom, explaining that all of the couches and sectionals could be customized, while also helping us identify floor models that could be delivered before the holiday. (You can purchase any of the furniture right off the floor which is different than other local furniture stores) Kathy took the time to understand our budget, our style, and our need for durable furniture that would hold up to kids and pets.
Kathy priced several different options for us, made sure we received the best available sales and discounts, and coordinated with other departments to make our quick delivery possible. As an added bonus, Siker's removed our old furniture at no extra charge, making the entire process incredibly easy. (They do this for all customers)
The whole experience at Siker's Furniture exceeded our expectations. The customer service was outstanding, the delivery was seamless, and we absolutely love our new furniture. We highly recommend Siker's Furniture and big thanks to Kathy for all of her help!

I would give 0 stars if that were possible.
The only positive part of this experience was April. She was incredibly helpful, explained pricing options clearly, answered all of our questions, and made us feel confident about our purchase. As college students moving into our first apartment, we appreciated her help.
We ordered our couch well in advance because we were assured it would arrive on time. However, on move-in day, we called to check on the delivery and were informed that our order had never actually been placed due to an employee error. Cindy, the manager, told us they would arrange a special delivery so the couch would arrive by the end of the week. A few days later, we were told it would not arrive until Monday, despite the previous promise.
After my grandmother, who paid for the couch, contacted the store, the couch was delivered on Friday. Unfortunately, it did not fit into our apartment. The delivery team marked it as a “no fit” and informed us that the sales staff should have advised us to measure our space before purchasing. As first-time furniture buyers, we were unaware of this requirement and it was never mentioned during the sales process.
When we returned to discuss replacement options, we were told Cindy was on vacation and that no decisions regarding pricing or accommodations could be made until she returned. We were told we would receive a call when she was back, but no one ever contacted us. I ultimately had to call the store myself.
When we met with Cindy, the interaction was unprofessional from the start. Rather than focusing on resolving the issue, she spoke about how “the ball is in her court” and that she could “stick us with the couch.” She also expressed frustration about a negative review instead of addressing our concerns. Throughout the process, communication was dismissive, interruptions were frequent, and statements previously made were later denied.
We discussed exchanging the couch and found another option we were interested in. The pricing we were quoted was significantly higher than expected, and when we attempted to discuss it further, we were repeatedly cut off. We eventually asked to speak with a higher-level manager due to our concerns with how the situation was being handled. Instead of speaking with us directly, we were told through Cindy that the decision was simply to refund our money.
Even obtaining the refund became another inconvenience. We drove 30 minutes to the store only to be told we needed the original payment card, something that was never communicated to us beforehand. After additional back-and-forth, we finally received our refund, but only after being without a couch for over a week.
My issue is not that the couch did not fit. Mistakes happen. My issue is the lack of communication, broken promises, poor follow-through, and unprofessional customer service throughout the entire process. Had the couch arrived when originally promised, we would have known much sooner that it would not fit and could have resolved the issue more quickly.
I have seen many other negative reviews, and a common theme appears to be Cindy. If the owner is concerned about the number of poor reviews, I would strongly encourage them to reevaluate their management team. In my experience, Cindy was rude, dismissive, unprofessional, and repeatedly provided poor customer service throughout this entire situation.
Siker has been in business for many years and has built a strong reputation, which makes experiences like this even more disappointing. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend shopping at Siker while Cindy remains in a management position. If you are looking for a smooth, low-stress furniture buying experience, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

Chris is great. I love how friendly he is and how he shows you the items then leaves you alone to decide. Store has great prices & fast delivery dates. If you have an issue they are fast to fix it. Great group of people.

I would give zero stars except I can't. Siker has the worst customer service and Cindy is a dishonest and nasty person who can't admit their mistakes. Ordered a couch for my granddaughter months in advanced and come to find out it was never ordered on the day before delivery and not by them contacting us, no we contacted them to find a time of delivery. We were promised it by another date and accepted the mistake but yet that delivery date is again changed when we inquire again a delivery time. This is unacceptable and the rudeness blaming the customer for ordering ahead, which we did so it would be on time. Worst company ever and it's today so let's see if they are true to their word this time. If not I will be cancelling and getting her a couch somewhere else. Never deal with Cindy how she is a manger is beyond belief.
