Stopped into the store recently and had an AMAZING experience with Natasha. She was very patient in listening to our needs, and helped us build an amazing look for our bedroom. The way she guided us to a mattress that met our needs and fitting it all into our budget was smooth and seamless. We will definitely be back to see her again! Thank you!

We walked into Ashley Furniture in Janesville, Wi. today to just look at a loveseat today and Chris met us at the door. He is such a great salesman and funny as hell, he is also so knowledgeable and such a good guy that we ended up buying a loveseat and a matching recliner at a really good price. We walked out very happy and satisfied with what we bought. We highly recommend seeking out Chris Sheridan, he will definitely help you out.

I purchased a bedroom set in May 2025. While the in-store experience with Denise was great, everything that followed has been a complete nightmare. Three out of the five bedroom set pieces were delivered severely damaged. It took until February 26, 2026 for a service technician to come out to my house to fix multiple items, but several issues still remain. Prior to February 26 I took two days off from work to be there for service appointments that they set up and even suggested a time that would work for them, which they decided not to show up to and never bothered calling or texting me. As of April 3, 2026, I am still waiting on a $150 refund that was promised to me by Amanda. Despite repeated follow-ups and numerous calls over several months, no one has taken any responsibility or provided a resolution. I have spoken with dozens of customer service representatives, and each interaction resulted in no follow-up, and no progress. My interactions with Service Managers Sydney and Amanda have been highly unprofessional. They provided conflicting information, contradicting one another, and lying to me. If your company is going to lie to customers i suggest you get your story straight before you speak. Someone needs to reach out to make it right.

Very Clean store, relaxed atmosphere, quiet. Large showroom. Great selection. I was helped by David, who was great. Found what I was looking for and got a couple of great deals.
