We moved to Solivita in 2016 and purchased all our furniture here. The quality was great, salesperson was helpful and delivery to our senior community was free. After 8 years, one of recliners needed to be replaced so I happily went back. The salesman was very nice and helpful. The man (I can;t say gentleman) who did the financial transaction was rude and condescending. I was not told about the delivery fee until I had complete the transaction. He said " if you don't like that fee of $59 I can change it to $99" I assumed this was Ashley, since that is what is advertised on the sign and that was our original purchases. After was told they don't do Ashley any more, but use a company called Affordable Furniture. Having never heard of that company I researched it when I got home and could not find that company, so I called. Same man answers proceeds to tell me I already told you the name of the company. Maybe you don't know how to look up stuff and started spelling 'affordable' for me!!! So rude. Finally he says it's Affordable Mfg. Big difference. I told him I was going to cancel the order because of his attitude. He tells me I cannot, bc all sales are final, no returns no cancellations. I have never been treated so badly and certainly never at this store. Please, new Solivita residents, DO NOT use this location to buy anything!!!

Maria did Fantastic . I had a great experience. I’m new in town and having someone that cares about my purchase and that my delivery goes right is very important. The day of the delivery, it was only one guy doing everything and He also did amazing. Thank you for having such a beautiful and experienced Staff.

I’ve bought so much furniture from this store in the past and today I was getting my adjustable frame and mattress today. Long and behold get a driver that refused to build the frame her at the house but instead he wanted to take back to the store to build there and then drive back to bring here. That mad no sense to me but instead he loaded back on the truck and left as he left he comment was that’s what happen when you get old. What an insult was that. Called the store and told them I did not want that guy back at my house. Has no customer service experience whatsoever so ever. Rude as hell. So the young lady at the office having them build it at store then the driver that didn’t had much to say and the salesman that sold me the mattress will delivering my mattress today we hope!!! So disappointed with the drivers sit and sleep has working for them. Would think twice before I buy anything else from this store. Would rather pay more somewhere else before I go back to this store. After reading a few reviews and a lot of people mentioning Maria yes she a pleasure to work with she actually sold most of my purchases made at this store and went out of her to delivery one of deliveries just because she promised to delivered that day. She truly missed and if k knew where she was I would rather deal with her. Shop around before going g to this store.

I guess I'm not rich enough for this place.Cause they were having a sixty five percent of giant's sale but one of the items is only ten grand I guess i'm too poor but it was beautiful of furniture nice people

I was going to shop here but when I saw the reviews I was dismayed. This person put a negative review and the "Owner" thanked her for her wonderful experience. Evidence that the responses are bot generated.
