We had an amazing experience at Mattress Firm thanks to Ronnie aka Ernie lol. From the moment I walked in, Ronnie was professional, patient, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and didn’t pressure me at all. You can tell he really knows his stuff and actually cares about helping customers find the right mattress not just making a sale. Ronnie made the whole process go easy and stress-free. If you’re going to Mattress Firm, ask for Ronnie you won’t regret it! He shared so many details that I didn’t even know about mattress. He was very knowledgeable about his stuff again thanks Ronnie for helping us out and picking our forever bed. The fact that u listen to us and what we wanted to have was awesome . The staff at the St. Cloud Commons were very friendly, helpful and diligent. Cathy helped me all the way getting my mattress and bed base. She answered all my questions and made my experience formidable. I definitely recommend this location, specifically Cathy she is very knowledgeable.

I have visited/shop at this store in two occasions. First time was a lil bit over 6 months ago and 2nd time was 2 weeks ago. . I really appreciate the attention and the knowledge they have.. answer every questions with details. With that I was able to select what I needed. Friendly knowledgeable and great attention to what I needed. This has become my to go store. 100%

The manager from the other store where I first bought the mattress at 1201 E Irlo Bronson, St Cloud (woman, thin, white American) sent me here because she didn’t want to help with a problem I had after buying the mattress. That manager who was very nice when I was buying for the first time, turned to be rude and didn’t want to help me with a problem happened after purchasing. I do not recommend that store and can’t say anything positive about her, but to be honest the other employees there are excellent, the problem is her as a manager, awful attitude, SO DIFFERENT when I arrived to this store here at 2711 E Irlo Bronson Hwy, Kissimme. Ronnie was an expert explaining to me the characteristics of mattresses based on my physical and medical conditions, he is the best! And Janetzy, shes just awesome and very focused in costumer services! Excellent team. Again, thank you guys for resolving my issue. I will recommend this store definitely !!! 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙌🏼👏🏽💪🏼
