Sit & Sleep Mattress Eisenhower

My husband and I were going to visit my top 3 choices for mattress stores. This was my first pick based on Google reviews! While we weren't able financially able to get the bed my husband and I really wanted. Lisa was able to suggest a bed that was going to be close. We really had a great connection with Lisa, and we felt very comfortable through the whole process. We never went to my other two because of the great service we got from Lisa at Sit and Sleep. If you ever looking for a great personable service and knowledge in beds, Lisa at Sit and Sleep Mattress Eisenhower is the go to lady. I would recommend her, and I will be going back again when we need a new bed again. *Update*: Deliver of bed was awesome! Guys were great and very quick!

Lisa is amazing. We cannot thank her and her knowledge and professionalism enough with helping us find the perfect bed. My husband really likes to research things before we buy and Lisa blew him away with her knowledge and suggestions to make us happy with a new, big purchase. We LOVE our new bed and are so grateful we found Lisa to assist us in choosing the best bed for us!!!

Ryan has always displayed exceptional customer service. Sit and sleep is a locally owned company that goes out of their way for their customers. There attention to detail is exceptional. I have only used them over the years for all my mattress and bedding needs. Their delivery guys were very nice, promt and pleasant as well.

Response to the "owners dishonesty". No information was given to us about any thing to do with the delivery other then the time it would be delivered. I understand you "helped" us with getting the payment from the disabled program we fall under but when it comes to delivery which the program paid for we were given no information but the date it will be delivered. The estimate we got said delivery and removal of "old mattress" does the "company policy" think old mattress means brand new mattress. I don't know where you think you helped us at when in the estimate it says delivery and removal. Which you basically didn't do either, now we have to pay someone to come get the set. The bed was for a disabled person which if anyone is reading this and has a disabled family member please listen to this post before purchasing from here. They are nice at first while receiving payment but after the check is cashed we are nothing to them. Is this how you treat people with disabilities that specifically buy from you for delivery and removal. None of my friends and family will ever want to buy from you deceivers ever again don't know where you got that assumption from.

I just moved to Savannah without a mattress and needed one for cheap ASAP. I first stopped at Mattress Firm where the salesman didn't really care and tried to bully me into buying a terrible mattress for a bad price. When I got to Sit and Sleep, Michelle gave me an education about a mattress that would help my back issues. Not only that, but she got me an amazing, inexpensive price for a high-quality mattress and guaranteed that if I didn't like it, I had 30 days to return it. She also spent some time giving me suggestions of places I should check out in my new city of Savannah. Overall, the best mattress buying experience I've ever had, and I will always check for local stores first!
