Sleep Number

We have had such an amazing experience with Gia at Sleep Number in Savannah! We were shopping around for mattresses as the one that we had was destroying my boyfriends lower back. I had a mattress in mind, not Sleep Number, but my boyfriend mentioned Sleep Number to try out as we could each set how firm or soft we wanted our side to bed. I love a soft mattress but he loves a firm mattress. We came to this store, Sleep Number on Abercorn in Savannah, GA, and Gia helped us right away. She had us lay down on of the mattresses and test it out and we LOVED it! She answered all of our questions in the store and got us a quote right there. We wanted to try other mattresses so she got our info and we were on our way. The price scared us a bit but we also opted for the most expensive mattress in the store which was not in our price range at the moment. I messaged Gia for a little over a week asking questions, she answered very fast as well, and we were able to nail down what mattress we wanted. She also bundled our mattress with the adjustable base, sheets, pillows, and mattress protector for a very reasonable price! I ordered the ComfortLux Mode mattress 2 weeks and it came today and I am IN LOVE!!!!!!! I will be in this bed as often as I can be! I highly recommend Gia at Sleep Number and Sleep Number in general! I cannot wait to sleep in it tonight! Thank you so much, Gia! You were a pleasure to work with!

Both Don and Kim at the Savannah, Abercorn Street location, were extremely helpful. Don went the extra mile with us, showing us every model he had in the store and thoroughly explaining the differences. I am recuperating from a broken hip and would definitely benefit from an adjustable base. Don took his time with us and educated me on the changes and improvements that have been made since our first Sleep Number bed purchase. Our good experience started with Tana at the online number and extended to Don inside the store before we ordered. We are current Sleep Number customers of 25 years and are hopeful this choice will be as good or better than our first one. We also appreciate the savings we received during this holiday sale!

Wonderful experience!! Gia was very very knowledgeable and professional and took the time to explain everything about the different beds. I was able to lie on several different beds while she adjusted the firmness. I was able to find the bed I wanted and we purchased it the same day. Also found a wonderful pillow. Again just a great experience

Kimberly was so helpful at the Sleep Number Store in Savannah. She was so friendly and not pushy with selling the product. She wanted me to be happy with what I might purchase. She knew all about each bed and printed up the information on each of my two choices for me to take home to decide. I recommend Kimberly to anyone wanting to have a great shopping experience at Sleep Number at the Abercorn store in Savannah.
