Skeen Furniture Company

I've lived in Carlsbad New Mexico on and off for about five years and I finally had the opportunity to stop into Skeen Furniture Company to shop for some furniture, and I was absolutely floored at the excellent service and professionalism that I received from their staff. Specifically I dealt with a young professional named Alicia who was both patient and knowledgeable and showed me everything that I asked for (and absolutely nothing that I did not ask for) and that really made the shopping experience comfortable - so much so that I ended up spending more than I had planned simply because they had so much to offer. I've shopped for furniture in many different cities and at many different businesses and my experience at Skeen serves as a case study on how good honest people treat customers - and I sincerely appreciated it. I definitely recommend them to anyone who has a need for high quality furniture for the entire home. Lastly absolutely no AI was used to write this review - these are all my own words.

Bought a La-Z-Boy massaging chair from you guys and it has been great. Unfortunately, dog chewed the power cord so having to get it replaced hopefully get it running great again Thanks appreciate you Skeens

HONEST review, Great place to shop financing got me in and out the door in thirty minutes!! They have a great selection several hundred beautiful items that are customizable and appealing the prices are great. They even have a very well stocked play area for kids with all the Dino's and race cars you could ever need. They have great service and i can see why their in business almost a hundred years now

My husband and I had a very pleasant shopping experience. The sales staff was so helpful. We found a new loveseat and recliner that were exactly what we wanted. Everyone was very nice. Thank you very much!

Salesperson Alicia Davis was especially helpful and patient while heping me find the specfic electric recliner I was looking for. The delivery guys were prompt and efficient, in and out in five minutes or less. I had avoided Skeen in the past, because of their reputation for being expensive, but after the discount my chair was right in the range with the ones I had researched online. Very pleased.
