I knew what I wanted and ordered over the phone. I received my mattress a few days later and they had the best price I could find on it. This has been a few years ago and the mattress is still great. I would recommend them to anyone. You don't get that level of service with Amazon.
View on GoogleI've been dealing with Matius at Sleep Depot for many years. He's very knowledgeable, friendly and offers great products at a fair price.
View on GoogleGreat customer service! After sleeping a few months on a premium mattress, it was just too firm for us. We knew it had a sleep trial for 90-100 days, but we didn’t expect the process to swap it to be so easy. Mathias is very knowledgeable and friendly. Support local and pay him a visit… you will not be disappointed.
View on GoogleGreat experience! The owner has a lot of knowledge and he gave us several options from the cheapest to the most expensive. The customer service cannot be better, the owner is very kind and attentive. I will definitely come back if I need another mattress!
View on GoogleMathias was very helpful. I need a specific size mattress for a semi truck. We discussed my preferred firmness and price. He ordered the one I selected and it arrived in 3 days. Definitely would give Sleep Depot a visit, plus it's locally owned and operated.
