This is a wonderful store. Even though it's a store that focuses on luxury products, there are still some more affordable ones. I went here looking for a topper and the staff was extremely helpful. She let me try every topper with a mattress and pillow similar to my own. I've now had my new topper for over a month and love it.

Poor quality sleep motivated me to go straight to Sleep and Dream. Sharon accommodated me fully by showing me many pillows. She made a bed with a fresh sheet to allow me the full experience, and I found my much needed down pillow. This very high-quality store has many different tiers and manufacturers to choose from. It is worth the visit.

I LOVE my new Sleep and Dream mattress! I looked several places and really loved the feel and support of this mattress. Sharon and Katy were incredibly helpful and answered all my questions. My first night’s sleep was fabulous and has been ever since. One forgets how important a great mattress can contribute to a good night’s sleep and an energized and healthy next morning. Sharon gave excellent service guiding me to find the perfect mattress for me. I had intended to shop around, but one stop was all that I needed . The American Heritage Austin mattress is the best mattress I ever slept on being both comfortably soft and firm at the same time. Well made and luxurious I haven’t slept this well in a long time. I bought a Shifman King size mattress at Sleep and Dream that was supposed to be plush and luxurious. After a year, the mattress began to sag, no matter how often we flipped it. I contacted Sharon and she adamantly said that it was normal wear and tear, even her Shifman Representative confirmed this. This was clearly a defective mattress! Sleep and Dream refused refund our money or give us a credit for a new mattress. I give Sharon at Sleep and Dream an F for customer service and I give the Shifman Mattress an F for comfort.
