Bought a recliner. My favorite was a discontinued floor model. Lucky because getting one these days takes months! Tho about three weeks for them to get it to my house. Delivery and set up were a breeze. The delivery guys were super professional, quick and polite. Probably took less than 5 min. The sales man was also super helpful and friendly.
View on GoogleWe know that international trade has been made very difficult these days, so while we had real difficulties getting the hand-knotted wool rugs from India that we wanted (so unlike our last time purchasing them many years ago), we did eventually receive what we needed. Ameen Benhalim was very personable and helpful, the delivery drivers were great, and the general manager, Kathleen, was a real stand-out. Respectful, courteous, friendly, and so very helpful and efficient. We really appreciate her. ❤️🙏🪷
View on GoogleThe purchase was easy. Salesperson was polite. Delivery by Mario was fantastic. White glove all the way! Would definitely purchase again. Great experience and we love our gorgeous sofa!
View on GooglePerfect delivery 🚚 I was very happy with my delivery drivers. They found my home in the country, which is no easy feat! They managed to drive their big truck onto the property with no issues. It was a tight squeeze through the electric gate and they did it Perfectly up a hill. Both employees were super sweet and polite and the set up was fast. I will definitely be ordering from American Home again! I love my new Bed frame! Kyle was Especially polite and the company is lucky to have him.
