It was a wonderful experience! After my elderly mother, who had recently purchased a mattress from Mattress Firm, found it uncomfortable, I brought her in and Victor helped us. She explained her needs to him, and he helped her find a mattress that was a perfect fit. She has been sleeping soundly and is very happy with it. Victor provided excellent customer service, making the process efficient and straightforward. What truly enhanced the experience was Victor's follow-up call to ensure my mother was sleeping well. We were very impressed, as we did not receive such a call from the previous store. I also decided to purchase the frame for the mattress from Victor on that follow-up call and he promptly placed the order for us. Thank you, Victor! We sincerely appreciate your service and professionalism as well as your kindness.

I purchased the split king set with the adjustable bases. I went with a BeautyRest Black and I couldn’t be happier. Secondly, Victor is a genuine guy and incredibly helpful. You don’t feel like you’re just being sold to and he truly looks out for your best interest. I love that America’s Mattress still does business the old-fashioned way by offering great products, excellent customer service, and an overall awesome experience!
