I couldn’t be happier with the service! The movers were incredibly kind, professional, and efficient from start to finish. They handled everything with care and set everything up perfectly exactly where I wanted it. The couch set is absolutely amazing — it looks fantastic and is even more comfortable than I expected. One of my wife’s crystal pieces did get broken during the move, but I understand that accidents happen. What really stood out was how the owners handled it. They immediately took responsibility and offered to reimburse us, which I truly appreciate. That level of accountability says a lot. Overall, they made the process smooth and as stress-free as possible. I’m very pleased and would definitely recommend them!

Purchased our first King mattress from here! The customer service is great, we never felt pressured to buy anything. Everything was transparent throughout the sale and the store is military friendly. I liked that we got showed what was on sale and what were some beds that fit our criteria. Overall it just felt like very wholesome store unlike some chain stores in bigger cities. Plus the homemade chocolate cookies were a yummy treat! Will defiantly come back here in the future to buy more home items! We were also surprised at how large the store was.

I highly recommend going here to get furniture. I never been there before and this was my first time going to Sleep Ezzz and I tell you what the most warm welcome that I ever experienced for a business they treat you like they are your own family and these people are the most caring and loving people I have ever met because I told them that I have stage 4 cancer and what was going in my life right now. Sleep Ezzz there was no pressure at all during the process. They also help guide me through the process of everything because I have a hard time picking something out and also they will give you the time and space that you need for making a decision. When it was time for delivery and install it was amazing because the delivery people were so respectful and nice and fast at install as well. Before delivery people left they had me check everything with the furniture and made sure that it was right on the order and double checking as well. Sleep Ezzz is were Im going to get my furniture now on and Thank You.

Thank you to Rodney and his delivery team for going above and beyond on getting my daughters new apartment in KC absolutely beautiful ❤️. Yes, KC has furniture stores, but years of incredible customer service and beautiful, high quality furniture have instilled loyalty and made us repeat customers!
