Jessica, the manager, greeted us immediately. She stayed with us for 1 1/2 hours, answering all of our questions and was so upbeat and helpful. Quality furniture and quality service. We purchased two loveseats, two chairs, and an ottoman. I highly recommend Missouri furniture, the choices are unending!

Placed order online May 4th or 5th. Received no correspondence regarding my order. By the 8th, I decided to go in-store to cancel my order because I was not impressed with the lack of communication. Patrick Pence was very helpful and apologized for the lack of communication. He also informed me that the order wouldn't be ready until July (something that I should have been told upfront shortly after the order was placed) and he processed my return. Still no emails confirming any of this. I ended up having to return a week later to ask about the status of my refund. I FINALLY received an email about a credit to be applied back to my account on the 15th. I called and spoke with the "client care manager" on the 19th and was told it could take up to 10 days to process. Patrick reached out multiple times to check in, which was very nice. As summer unfolded, I had travel plans and this refund fiasco got put on a back burner. Fast forward 21 days: I still have not recieve my refund!! Communication between myself and the Client Care Manager, Carrol Bryant, stopped just a quickly as it began. This business has processed my payment and failed to communicate with me regarding the order, failed to communicate with me regarding the refund, and most importantly, at this point, FAILED TO REFUND MY ORDER. It is June 9th and as of today I still do not have a refund processed to my account. An email was sent out a week ago to Ms. Bryant but a response was never received. As someone who works directly with the public on a day-to-day basis, I find it down right embarrassing the level of neglect this business has displayed in communication: from the lack of notification after payment was received; to not stating that a 2-month time frame was needed for the order to be processed; to being cast aside by the client relation manager after a refund was requested. This experience has been genuinely one of the worst that I have ever had with an outlet furniture store, and among the absolute most terrible experiences I have had with a business, in general. TL;DR: I cannot stress enough how much I do not recommend this business.

Our sales professional, Kirk A., was very friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. He answered our questions, then allowed us time on our own to decide which mattress would best suit us. When it came time for purchase paperwork, he was quick & efficient. He made this a very pleasant purchase experience.

I have furnished my salon with pieces from Missouri Furniture and have always been impressed with their beautiful, high-quality selection and excellent pricing. Their customer service is exceptional as well. Today, the dryer at my salon unexpectedly went out, and Patrick was able to get me set up with a brand-new Speed Queen and have it delivered the very same day. I was extremely impressed by his professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to help. I highly recommend Missouri Furniture and will continue to use them for all of my furniture and appliance needs.

Patrick was very helpful in explaining features on the washing machine, finding one from another Missouri Furniture location, and setting up a delivery date aa soon as possible for us. Our old machine quit a week ago. He made our shopping experience easier and pleasant.
