Sleep Number

I would like to thank Zackary Branscom for taking his time and putting forth the effort to help us out in choosing our new bed. he showed great professionalism and enthusiasm in helping us to get into the right set up for me and my wife. He is a smart and hard worker and we would recommend him to our friends and family and everyone else. It is nice to see a great young man show so much confidence. Thank you !!! Customer Service Supervisor, Janiece, is as unpleasant as they come. I have never been screamed at by anyone in a customer service position, much less one in a supervisory capacity. There are other ways to get your point across aside from screaming. You've lost a customer and never, ever, will I recommend a Sleep Number mattress.

We had a great experience shopping at Sleep City. Chelsey was personable and very knowledgeable about all the mattresses which made our decisions easy. We love our new mattresses! Charles and Thomas from the delivery team delivered our mattresses. They kept us informed about the delivery and were prompt and professional. They took the time to make sure we were familiar with the features of our base and understood the remote options. Thank you Chelsey, Charles and Thomas for our favorable experience with Sleep City.

Really helpful and very informative. Great service and advice to help determine what is best for your sleep pattern. Go see Michael for your next purchase, he will take care of you.

Excellent customer service! Michael (Broadway location) and Chelsey (Kinsey location) provided excellent customer service. When the mattress I ordered was not available, they upgraded me for free. They were courteous and helpful throughout the entire process.
