Sleep Number

Hands down, this was the absolute best experience I have ever had with Sleep Number. Chris P. is an outstanding salesman and was incredibly helpful in setting up a bed for my mother. Honestly, he is more than a salesman — he is an exceptional man who genuinely cares about his clientele. I initiated the transaction from out of state and my mother later followed up with an in-person visit. I am extremely meticulous and demanding when it comes to my family’s needs and Chris made sure my mother was matched with the right bed for her needs. He gave me his word that he would take good care of her and yes..he delivered. She spent at least two hours with him trying various mattresses and there was no pressure, no upselling, and no gimmicky sales tactics. He also ensured that she got the best pricing and incentives available. Again, he took excellent care of my mother and I cannot say enough good things about him! If you are in the market for a great mattress and expect exceptional service, this is the place to go. Thank you Chris and staff!

Chris Paul is the nicest, most professional salesperson I have ever met! He is very knowledgeable, and showed us several mattresses until we got the perfect match. He was patient and kind. I love top notch service, and he definitely provided it to my husband and me. We are so pleased! Thank you, Chris, for being so amazing! 🥰

First I must say this---We were the worst customers on the planet! We had no idea that beds were this expensive but we also found out that Sleep Number makes the best firmness adjustable mattresses on the planet. Shane (at the Centerville store) has dealt with us for over a year! He never lost patience with us. First he helped us get pillows. That did not solve our problems. Then he walked us thru the "sale" on I models and P models...... we ended up getting a P8 (one of the few left in the free world). It is to be delivered on 7 Apr 26. We got the split king mattress (we were given a free set of bases by a family member). He walked me thru how to tie down the mattress on the old "free" bases and gave some hints on how to make the mattress function better. Shane is the type salesperson that is perfect to work with when you really are lost. NO PRESSURE! NO THREATS! NO BEGGING! He just gave us info and let us make our own decisions. This process was was over a year beginning to end. Not sure where the next closest Sleep Number store is (Likely Macon Ga) but it is worth a drive to work with Shane. We are the last folks that want to be pushed.....and Shane never pushed us at all. This was a 100% positive experience for us. Of course, we still need to sleep on the mattress top figure out if it solves our sleep problems, but the process so far has been 100% positive. Thank you Shane!

Chris Paul was excellent and very helpful. He didn't pressure us into buying a bed and let us take our time looking at beds. Chris goes out of his way in helping and making sure that we got the best price available.

Shane was awesome. We met with him a couple of weeks earlier to check on the process of ordering a bed (C2) while they were in stock but we waited until we got closer to closing on the purchase of a house. Came down to a week before closing and we stopped back by. C2 no longer available so we ended up with a C4 that he quickly set up for us to try. We've been sold on Sleep Number beds. Both our old and current motorhomes had Sleep Number beds and lived them. After my 1st total hip replacement we purchased our C2 bed. Our grandson had that bed now and he loves it. So we decided to get another one (C4) and Shane was the perfect person that we needed to see. He did all he he could to get us the best offer and truly that didn't matter. We've been so in love with these beds there was never a second thought. Wonderful experience and no pressure....literally. on the bed or the sales. Can't wait for it to be delivered.
