Sleep Number

This review is not against a particular store. It’s against the company as a whole. Please be aware that if you have a split top set, you will be purchasing sheet sets at a very high cost over and over again. This problem has been going on for years now, and they still have not fixed the sheet problem for the split top…. They give you a one-year warranty if they tear they’ll replace them. Ive bought several different sets of sheets now…. Their sheets are very expensive and they don’t allow you to just purchase the flat sheet…. I just called to get another set replaced and they want me to purchase another set because they said I’m six months out of my warranty…. This is not fair to the consumer. This is still a problem because the company has not figured out how to fix the sheet problem on the split top. I am writing the corporate office to try to get some help…. The supervisor I had today was taking everything so personal and getting upset. After all of the sheet sets I have purchased and you have to remember when they are running a special they’re usually $256 and up for the set and they don’t allow you to just purchase a flat sheet even though you should not have to keep purchasing a flat sheet anyways. I have sheets on other beds in my home and we’ve had them for many years. These sheets will only last you maybe a year and a half and then you’ll be outside your warranty so you should probably just make sure they are tore after a year and get you another free set while you can. It’s not just me when you pay around $7000 for a bed and then have to keep re-purchasing a new set of sheets at $260 and up a pop. That’s just not fair or good business. That picture is why your sheet will end like in a split top.

I just bought an i8 with adjustable base. Both Chris and Jason were fabulous! They both took care of me being a brand new customer to a sleep number bed. They were both very friendly, had excellent customer service, were extremely knowledgeable with the sleep number products, and catered to exactly what I wanted. I strongly recommend the sleep number store on riverside drive in Macon and would definitely buy another one from this location!

Sales Staff were very courteous and helpful. Patiently showed us several different mattresses until we found one that fit our needs. Patiently explained different options and demonstrated different scenarios of firmness and comfort. A well informed and friendly sales staff.

Brian was very pleasant and knowledgeable of the products. He was not pushy at all for a salesman. He showed and explained all of the different options that we had and allowed us to make an informed decision. I would definitely recommend to see David if you want a great experience while shopping or purchasing your new bed!

I gave them a bad review about four months ago thinking that they were someone else. I just now learned how to correct this and did it right away. Please forgive me.
