Sleep Number

This store is always so lovely. We have purchased two beds, accessories, sheets, etc and even when they aren’t making a sale, they jump into help. We had a mover pack our bed & two small pieces were broken. When my husband called to try to figure out how to get replacements, they just happen to have a fix there. And of course, no charge just come on by! Always do nice & customer forward.

We have a sleep number bed but our bed is23 years old. We could keep our sleep number bed for more years to come, however, we have been wanting a bed that would be warm if needed or cool. We have been eyeballing the sleep number 360 smart bed for almost a year now and the selling aspect war to warm me up while sleeping and keep my wife cool and the deal breaker. My wife never insist on a bed until we tried the smart number 360. We bought one and I never seen my wife so excited that she will not have any problem sleeping on the bed.

We bought our first Sleep Number bed about 17 years ago, loved it. Near the end of last year we decided it was time to get a new bed. We now have our second Sleep Number. We found the employees to be just as friendly, helpful and patient as the first time. I would recommend them.

Susanne was there to help when no one else from numerous sleep number stores had the knowledge or cared to help. We've been sleep number owners for over 20 years & never had the problem pairing our remote when moving. Susanne was super knowledgeable and after multiple texts she helped us to solve the problem. Otherwise we were going to have to stay in a hotel.Amazing customer service!! Thank you again Susanne for saving the day!!!

My salesperson Suzanne was so helpful and knowledgeable that a longer appt felt like it went by fast. I'm so looking forward to getting my new sleep number bed. It was a pleasure working with her.
