Sleep Number

The sales representative Logan was Awesome in every aspect of our purchase, on a Professional and even personal level he went above and beyond to accommodate me and my wife. He was very helpful On everything from delivery to set up even on the warranty. To me I absolutely appreciate great customer service and it is very important when a person believes in what they are selling and he showed me that he believed in their products. My friend John has owned a sleep number Bed for 15+ years And when He told me what it was, he said lay down and check it out. Instantly I fell in love with this bed, and so did my wife. She suffers from a herniated disc, sciatic nerve and back problems so rest for her is very important to me because when she doesn’t rest well, neither do I! Then came the part where my friend explained to me about the warranty, he told me something happened after many years of his purchase, they prorated but HONORED their warranty. It was not very expensive and to be honest, that is what really sold me on the bed not to mention the extreme comfort of this mattress. The mattress we bought was probably one of their mid range priced beds and I feel it is amazing! I highly recommend the sleep number bed company and Their products, remember you get what you pay for. and thank you again, Mr. Logan from the Redlands store two thumbs up for you, sir👍🏼👍🏼

We were greeted by Jose at the Redlands Select Number store on November 23, 2025, he was friendly and knowledgeable of the product. He encouraged us to test them, explained the differences of each mattresses, went over how to program each individual side. We weren’t sure if we actually wanted to purchase a select mattress but we are excited and looking forward to when it gets delivered. Thank you Jose

Jose was knowledgeable and understand and responsive to our needs in finding a bed solution for our disabled father. The mattress “plans” have a large variety of available functions. We were not rushed or pushed to make a quick decision. Nor were we directed only the higher priced solutions. I would highly recommend others to check out the products available.

Jose Reyes, the manager at the store in Redlands, CA, was terrific! He explained the sleep number system and answered all of my questions. No high pressure sale, just excellent customer service!
