I purchased a QUEEN mattress in store on august 31st. I paid a little over two thousand dollars with the expectation that it would be delivered on 9/13. By 9/12 I was told the mattress didn’t make it onto the truck. Then the expectation was changed to 9/20, which again, did not happen. The delivery was actually scheduled for today, 9/24. When the delivery team arrived, they informed me they had a FULL size mattress. Not what I ordered. By this time, I had placed my old mattress outside, in the rain. Here I am, nearly a full month after paying 2 grand, and I have one less mattress than I started with. A pretty awful customer experience.
