From the moment we walked in, Jeremy was incredibly attentive, answering all of our questions with great knowledge and patience. We ultimately decided on an adjustable base, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. Jeremy made the entire process seamless and enjoyable, and I also want to give a shoutout to Kristi, who was equally wonderful to work with. Their combined expertise and friendly service truly made our shopping experience exceptional. Highly recommend Sleep Outfitters for anyone looking for quality sleep solutions!
View on GoogleJeremy at Sleep Outfitters in Morehead is great to work with. He was very informative without being overbearing the way some salesmen are. We were able to check out lots of mattresses and he offered suggestions based on our specific needs. Store is very clean and set up in a manner that is great for seeing and understanding options.
View on GoogleJeremy and Austin were great! Very knowledgeable and helpful. Not at all pushy salesmen. I especially love the bed match system which helped me find the best mattress for me😊
View on GoogleJeremy was awesome! He really helped us meet our needs and our budget. We’ve never bought a mattress before and Jeremy both understood what we needed and offered things we might not have thought of as well. If you need a great mattress and some good additional sleeping gear, go here!
View on GoogleFifteen years ago I came in and they sold me a King size bed and a Queen and they were very nice and I came in today. They knew what they were doing, and I had a good experience with them. I was back today to buy a Queen and Kristi and Dean and Jeremy and I have talked to all three of them this week and I came back today to pick up the mattress and they were really great to work with. I will definitely be back.
