Sleep Outfitters of Richmond Barnes Mill

I had an outstanding experience working with JB Hall at Sleep Outfitters. Buying a mattress can be overwhelming, but he made the entire process easy, informative, and completely pressure-free. He took the time to understand what my wife and I were looking for, answered every question honestly, explained the differences between the mattresses and adjustable bases, and helped us find the right fit for our needs instead of simply trying to sell us the most expensive option. When it came time to discuss pricing, he was professional, respectful, and worked with us to reach a deal we felt great about. We left confident that we made the right decision. If you're shopping for a mattress, I highly recommend asking for JB Hall. Excellent customer service, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on helping his customers. Thanks again for making such an important purchase a great experience!

JB Hall is absolutely fantastic. straight to the point and worked with us even when we said we had a hard limit, I've never had a salesman that wouldn't run over you just to make a deal. he definitely cares and took the time to get our perfect mattress 10 out of 10 would recommend

John Fitzwater at Sleep Outfitters provided exceptional customer service from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire mattress-buying process. What stood out most was how well he listened to what I was looking for and then tailored his recommendations accordingly. He made sure I understood the differences between each option and helped me narrow everything down without any pressure. Purchasing a mattress can be a big decision, but John made the experience easy and enjoyable. I’m extremely happy with my purchase and would absolutely recommend working with him if you’re looking for a great experience and expert guidance.

Fantastic experience with JB Hall! He helped us choose the absolute best mattress and provided us with transparent and quality information about all the choices. Highly recommend anyone come to Sleep Outfitters and work with JB to get your new bed!

We had a great experience at Sleep Outfitters! Manager JB HALL was such a great help. He was so knowledgeable and patient in giving us the information we needed to make a confident decision for a new mattress and base. He gave us time to talk with each other alone; he was not pushy at all; and he listened to our specific needs and answered all our questions. He then helped us find the right pillow to fit each of us for our individual sleep styles. It was a great learning experience. We are so pleased with how much better we sleep now! Also, we appreciated that the delivery was quick and efficient. This is the second time we have purchased from Sleep Outfitters and I can highly recommend that you give them a try - FIVE STARS! We were also given a code to share: 110456EUHTLA for $50 off.
