We had an excellent experience at Mattress Warehouse thanks to Dakota. We visited this location because it offered a larger selection than our local store, and it was absolutely worth the trip. I’m a very educated shopper who does extensive research before ever walking into a store. I’m also fairly impatient and usually steer away from salespeople altogether. Dakota completely changed that experience. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and professional without ever being pushy. He showed us the models we were interested in, explained the differences in comfort levels clearly, and had a great methodology for helping us compare options and narrow down what worked best for us. The entire shopping experience felt comfortable and informative — not like some other mattress stores that feel more like a used car lot. Dakota’s recommendations were thoughtful, honest, and genuinely helpful. If you’re looking for a low-pressure, knowledgeable buying experience, I highly recommend asking for Dakota.

I stepped into the store and met Johnny D., he immediately started asking questions to be able to tell me what matress to buy. He was able to give me so many discounts and a great gift to bring home. Even my little boy was happy to be at the store and he was even allowed to jump on the bed lol
