Sleepy Hollow Sleep Shop

We had a wonderful experience at Sleepy Hollow Sleep Shop. Assistant Manager Terelin was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to help us find the perfect mattress for our needs. She made the whole process easy, comfortable, and completely pressure-free. It’s clear she really cares about helping customers make the right choice. We’re extremely happy with our mattress and truly appreciate the great service we received. Highly recommend asking for Terelin if you’re shopping for a mattress!

I went there today to get a new mattress for myself so I convinced my husband to go with me as soon as I get there it’s full of snow and icy parking. I fell in the parking. Hit my back really bad on top of that. The person, the woman that was there today it was rude Never acknowledge my needs and my present. She was only focusing on my husband, in a very slow motion even me asking her please he have a mattress, is for myself. she was just focusing on my husband. I’m trying to talk to her, but she’s ignoring me telling me that im going to take more time and she keep talking just to him . Someone come into the store and she stopped and start talking then she decided of talk to the new customer . I’m in pain. I’m crying and on top of that. Her disgusting way with me. I was trying to tell her that I was the one needing the mattress we could’ve spent thousands of dollars meaning I . but anyway we ended up going somewhere else and it was much better service. She acknowledge me I’m very glad I walk away from that place. And on top I have to go to my doctor. I’m in so much pain .

Dan was extremely helpful and so friendly! We had a super great experience and found a great mattress for a great price. Highly recommend this store. Thank you Dan!!

I visited Sleepy Hollow 4 days ago and had the pleasure of meeting Devin. He was very knowledgeable about the mattresses and hooked me up with the perfect mattress for me. He took his time with me and showed me several mattresses. He never tried to sway me one way or another. I wound up buying the very first one he showed me. I received my purchase just 4 days later and the delivery guys were very pleasant and efficient. I would recommend Sleepy Hollow to anyone looking for their perfect mattress

Went to Sleepy Hollow because they are a locally owned mattress company. Richard Lee was my salesman today. Great person and very friendly and honest. Did not try to sell me the most expensive mattress but directed me to a very good quality Sealy mattress that was on sale. I also got an adjustable base with the mattress for just a little more than I was expecting to pay for just a mattress set. Would highly recommend Sleepy Hollow and Richard Lee!
