Quality Mattress Outlet

Dom was very knowledgeable and helped us pick out the perfect mattress for what we needed. The price was unbeatable and the mattress is just what we were looking for, and more comfortable than we ever expected. We needed it quickly, and delivery was hassle free and on time. We have recommended Quality Mattress to our friends and will definitely be returning for future purchases.

-1 5 stars "I want to give a shoutout to Amy at Bamboo Gardens for her excellent customer service skills. The food there is always hot and ready, and I highly recommend it for Chinese cuisine. However, I had a disappointing experience at the Quality Mattress Outlet. I walked into their store since my food was going take 35 mins to make. I walked into the store with the numbers 5472 above the door and greeted the gentleman sitting at his desk. Despite my presence, he didn't acknowledge me or offer any assistance. Feeling ignored, I sat on a nearby bed but quickly realized that this wasn't the place for me. I needed multiple mattresses, and their lack of customer service made me decide not to spend my money there. The gentleman didn't even make an effort to engage or smile. I cannot recommend this store to anyone looking for a mattress. Their extreme rudeness and poor customer service cost them over $5,000 from me. I left the store and opted to wait in my truck for my Chinese food, realizing that our community in Austintown deserves better. There are other options, both small businesses and corporations, that provide superior customer service and genuinely care about their customers. Money is hard-earned, and the service I received at Quality Mattress Outlet was unacceptable. I hope they either improve their management or are replaced by a store that values our community. Today's experience was a disappointment, and I understand why their store lacks traffic. With such poor customer service, people should steer clear." while writings this review in my car I seen the man walk around his empty store twice but didn't look up are get up when I came into the store and spoke to him! Never again -1.5

Quality Mattress Outlet is the place to go if your looking for impeccable service and the best of the best prices! I was looking around for a king size mattress and box spring and stopped into their Mahoning avenue store and was so impressed with the service I got and the amazing low price I was offered! A king size mattress and box spring for only $598 and don’t forget they added in free delivery and two free pillows! They also don’t force high name brand mattresses on you either you tell them a budget and they stick to it or even go lower. I was very satisfied and appreciate the honestly of their business. I am a very satisfied customer and will definitely do more business with them in the future. Thank you quality mattress outlet!! As the saying says “Nobody beats my papa’s prices”!

My husband and I purchased a mattress this past Saturday. David was so knowledgeable and kind and helped us find our perfect mattress. It was delivered quickly and we couldn’t be happier! Highly recommend if you are looking for a new mattress!

I came in not knowing how to purchase a mattress, I like hard Matress, my hubby likes semi soft, the salesperson was very helpful in helping me, had me get in bed and act like I was sleeping, had me turn over. I love my new mattress!! Price was excellent! I tell everyone to go there when they need a Matress or pillow!! Salespeople are very knowledgeable and great, never pushing!!
