Nick was our salesman. He walked us through each step in the process of creating our new custom mattress for our boat cabin. He had us trace out the shape of what we needed, and then he had us test several mattresses in the show room without telling us what we were feeling for, just asked us our impressions first and had us choose a favorite. Then he told us what he observed and why we liked those the best and what the mattresses were made of. He helped is tailor our mattress to our body types and sleep styles. It seemed very scientific and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. He also promised lower prices than competitors in Seattle and we were surprised at how reasonable the price ended up being for the quality product we received.

We bought a mattress here a few weeks ago. They were very informative and helped us pick what we needed. The turn around time was quick and the delivery crew was great. Unfortunately, we had an issue with the mattress we picked. Even though it was not their fault, they helped us correct it so quickly.

We have now bought two beds from Slumber Ease and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. We also brought in our sofa cushions and had them stuffed so they would be more durable. In addition, we bought the frames they created for all of our beds! Great place, great service.

Nick at Mattress Ease just custom-made a beautiful mattress and boxspring for my antique daybed. Due to its unusual size, I could not find a cushion for it anywhere. Nick made the process so easy, leaving room around the perimeter for blankets. This place makes a quality product, locally, and to your specifications. Can't beat that!

BEST MATTRESS BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!! We purchased a new mattress set a couple of months ago and wanted to give it some time before writing a review. Overall, our experience - from selecting the mattresses in the showroom, to production time and final delivery, was exceptional.
The bottom line: We are thrilled with our new bed. The quality is incredible and the prices were better than the competitors "premium", non-custom mattress. We were tired of purchasing mattresses with 25 year "warranties" that lasted maybe 5 or 6 years.
What we love is that each mattress is made to order, to YOUR height, weight and comfort level. Rex, who runs the showroom, looked at how our spines, hips, and shoulders were aligned on all the beds we tried. He asked a lot of question, explained the material options and how it all works together. A very eye-opening experience.
Nick, the partner who runs the production facility, was incredibly helpful in answering all my questions and helping us decide on the best foundation and mattress. These completely CUSTOM mattresses were delivered in about 10 days!
The delivery guys arrived within 5 minutes of the scheduled time, were fast and took away all the packing materials and my old mattresses.
What we got; An extra-long split king. (This is the first time in my husband's life his feet haven't hung off the end of the bed!) Full-latex mattresses. I like the feel of memory foam but hate the heat they retain and the difficulty in moving. The latex is a dream, not hot, incredibly comfortable. We also got some kind of ego-bamboo cover that adds a luxurious cushy layer. Finally, the pièce de résistance are the adjustable bases. How in the world have we gone so long without these? We sleep with our heads up lust a tiny bit, and what a difference it makes. We need to replace the mattress in our RV, we will absolutely be going back to see Rex and Nick.
