Mattress Firm Marysville

My wife and I were seeking a mattress that would provide us with comfortable sleep for several years. We ultimately decided to purchase a high-end Beautyrest mattress from Mattress Firm. We acquired this mattress in 2019, and as of April 2026, it has failed to meet our expectations. After seven years of use, we began experiencing lower back pain and shoulder discomfort while sleeping on the mattress. Upon reviewing the warranty coverage, we discovered that it offered ten years of protection, contingent upon the mattress's condition. We were instructed to visit the Beautyrest website and follow the provided instructions, which included taking seven photographs to determine the validity of our warranty claim. However, we were only able to provide five of the required images, as we were unable to locate the mattress labels displaying the lot number and manufacturer's model. Consequently, our warranty claim was voided. We contacted Mattress Firm, the retailer from whom we purchased the mattress, and they provided us with a purchase invoice that verified the date, time, model, type, and total cost of the mattress. Unfortunately, this documentation was insufficient to convince Beautyrest to replace our failed mattress. Therefore, it is essential to exercise caution when reviewing warranties for various products, as the process of obtaining a replacement may be excessively complicated. Update: I was contacted by the manager of Mattress Firm to resolve my concerns and issues with my mattress and the manager was willing to help out and make things right. I deeply appreciate Mattress Firm was supportive to make this happen and stand by their commitment to honor the warranty agreement.

Bought a bed with a friend who is wheelchair bound. Sierra went above and beyond helping him making sure he could get right bed for himself, lowering bed to get right hight for him to transfer and working best deal possible! Would highly recommend not only going to mattress firm but having Sierra help you out!

We had the best experience at mattress firm in Marysville with the Manager and salesman in training! We have also used Kassidy there as well! Super nice! We purchased to twin beds and they were able to keep the price so reasonable and had great sense of humor! Made the experience very nice! Thank you!!
