Slumberland Furniture

Devin was awesome. Very refreshing to work with an employee who wasn’t bothersome and who clearly loves his job. Prices were lower than Ashley on the same product.

Today I stopped in the store to look at a particular couch on sale unfortunately that couch was not in the showroom. The gentleman i worked with very knowledgeable, considerate apologized and offered to locate which slumberland had it on the showroom. He was great he allowed me to walk around try out different pieces and did NOT hover or try to hard sell me some expensive item. I did purchase a couch in the store for delivery. Honestly the most enjoyable furniture shopping I have ever done. My salesman is i believe was Devin I will shop with him again in the future.

Devin did a fantastic job as usual. I was somewhat disappointed in Salesman Jesus. Misleading with a "false promise " of An adjustable base with a king sized bed that was already on paper. Upon arrival we found out that the statement was an absolute non truthful statement!

Rave to the blonde associate at Slumberland today at 4. She was super helpful, very open and knowledgeable. I got what I needed, at a great sales price, and got out of there before 4:30 while still having good conversation. Thanks and I’m sorry I didn’t ask for your name again. I’m also nap trapped by my cat so I can’t look at the receipt!

Slumberland sells very cheap quality furniture and does not stand up like promised. We purchased a accidental plan, which they won’t stand behind.. We purchased 2 lazyboy recliners in Dec of 24, . A few days ago we noticed that there was a tear in the material on the seating portion of the chair.. They won’t do anything to stand behind their product.. Stated due to the material pulling.. Why would the material pill within 6 months of purchase?? and the later the material has a tear due to normal wear and tear. Everyday usage.. Please save your money and purchase your furniture from another store. One where you will have a better chance of them standing behind their product and coverage.. We will never step foot in Slumberland’s store.. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO A DIFFERENT FURNITURE STORE!!
