The salesman "Bob" shared his knowledge as well as his opinion. He gave us time to talk a few times. That gave us the time to feel we made the right choice.
View on GoogleBought the end table over the phone. It was an easy sell because I had the number & already knew that it was up there. I have to drive & get it myself 332 miles round trip. He left me on hold 17 minutes to locate the table. I don't know if he forgot me or not. Table purchased site unseen. Hopefully it will not be scratched.
View on GoogleA friendly staff member greeted us a few minutes after we arrived. I believe her name was Pamela. We described what we wanted and she showed us several options. We were very particular about what we were looking for and we found a sofa that was close but not exact. She went online to check color and orientation options and was able to confirm for us that we could get the options that we wanted. We ordered our new sofa and it will be delivered in a week! The whole process took 30 minutes. Great experience all the way around. Update: Two weeks post delivery and we are so incredibly happy with our new sofa.
View on GoogleGreat customer service. Lily was amazing to work with. Answered all of our questions and was very friendly.
View on GooglePurchased a beautiful reclining sectional $5,749.32 on 6/30/24 and this is the second service call I’ve had to make.. Marshalltown Slumberland is no help. We won’t be buying anything from them ever again! Our sectional is downstairs and is hardly used. Buttons stopped working before a year old and now motor isn’t working. They sell beautiful expensive junk.. no star
