We have been to other furniture stores in Mitchell and Sioux falls. But Mitchell Slumberland is amazing. Kyle is Amazing.. They don't follow you yapping like a lap dog unless you want them there to answer questions. Give you honesty about the product you're looking looking at. May point a different model out if the build is better, and maybe better price. Kyle was amazing! We will recommend!!! I will return if we have more needs. Our last set, we got from the store up north. They have been out to repair it, which was a disaster to make it happen!! We ended up repairing it ourselves, screws snapped in two, the wood in the frame actually broke!! We took it apart & made the repair, but it's still not holding up, and it's only 4-5 years old. Mitchell Slumberland, Kyle, is our go-to now. Highly recommend...you won't be sorry!!!
View on GoogleAs soon as we came into the store, Missy greeted us with a smile and showed us to the exact bed that we needed. It was a wonderful and painless experience.
View on GoogleExcellent service, especially from Ms. Missy Hartmann. Although I do not speak the language well, she was willing to help me with my purchase, and her empathy was wonderful.
View on GoogleI was so happy with the care in got as soon as I walked in. She was not pushy and let me roam around by myself. She answered all my questions and knew what she was talking about. Thank you!! I love my recliner!!! Plus they had it on hand!!! How cool is that !!
View on GoogleSo grateful for Kyle and Billy Jo. They seem to know better than I do what I’m looking for and are so accomadating. Exceptional customer service, knowledgeable and cordial. Thank you to you both!
