Pat at Unclaimed Freight in Mitchell was great to work with! I had told him prior kind of what I was looking for, and when I was ready to buy, he had different options in mind complete with the modifications I could make. He hooked us up with their interest-free financing and some furniture protection. A+ service! Fast forward to delivery day, and the two gentleman that delivered our furniture were friendly, professional and polite! The automated updates and watching their location was super helpful! Would highly recommend!

View on GoogleI recently broke the lever on a recliner chair, when i brought the broken part into the store they didnt seem interested in ordering a replacement and suggested i drive an hour away to the regional distributor to get the part. Since my recliner isn't that big of a priority to me and they seem to be uninterested in my business, i ordered the part online. Yes they have nice furniture but if this is direct representation of the service dept, i suggest you shop elswhere.
