Salesman was helpful finding me what I wanted but not pushing. He gave me time to look and try out different recliners until I found the one I wanted. Then wrapped my recliner up so it wouldn’t get damaged and had it loaded on my truck for me. Great customer service

We walked in just to window shop, even though we are in need of a new couch-we weren't planning on buying. Within minutes we found a couch and recliners my husband and I fell in love with. Mark asked if he could help in any way and we told him we were just looking. He said if we had any questions big or small he would help the best he can in our search. Mark was knowledgeable and gave us our space to browse. Never once did we feel pressured or followed in which that is what makes me leave a store in a hurry. Needless to say we came home with a new couch, his & her recliners all in dark brown and the price was amazingly low.

Macy is a very good saleswoman. She is very knowledgeable about the furniture. We enjoyed our shopping experience with Macy. We felt that you had nice selections to choose from. It was a great experience. We weren't even planning on buying anything.

I had placed a phone call before I came and Krista was extremely helpful on the phone. Once I got there, she directed me to what I needed and allowed me the privacy of testing these chairs out for myself so I could choose the best one my husband needs checking on me to see if I needed anything in between. She was very clear about I purchase, I appreciate her giving me the best options. Great place to shop and I will be back.

The sales fall was great. I forgot her name but young and very patient with my uncle Bob who has dementia. We bought him a new bed and frame for his room in memory care and will have it delivered and they will remove the old set. We went back here because we bought a couch a few months ago from them. Thank you!
