My Wife & I are extremely pleased with our experience with this store. Keep on working with Preston and he will be one of your best salespeople with the company. He has the right demeanor and attitude for this type of customer service job. When I tell people about this store I will tell them to seek out Preston because they will be extremely satisfied with His customer service skills. Hands down one of the best experiences I’ve had in a furniture store in the almost 59 years I’ve been alive. Do everything you can to keep him because he has a rare talent for this job. Now give this man a promotion as well as a raise in salary and hold on to him like your Company depends on it.
View on GoogleOur salesperson knew the inventory well and was able to quickly point us to the two options that met our very specific needs. We got friendly, professional service and a good price. Delivery is faster than we could have gotten elsewhere.
View on GoogleI came in knowing the gist of what I wanted. Preston was able to help identify what was in my price range that fit what I wanted AND a deal that I wouldn't have known about otherwise. His assistant manager was also very helpful. I'm very pleased with my visit.
View on GoogleI have been looking for a dresser to complete a set I bought 10 years ago. Every year I look and nothing. Then I walk into this store just to kill time and there it was - with a glorious clearance sticker on it. And my salesman was awesome. I bought it in 9 seconds and it was wrapped up and on the dock in 10 minutes!
View on GoogleNancy Larson greeted my wife and I shortly after our arriving at the Maple Grove Slumberland store. She asked us a few questions to help identify what we really wanted. She selected the perfect recliner for my 6’7” frame. I am a pretty picky person when it comes to comfort and durability of my recliner. Nancy was fantastic!! Thanks!!
