CORY AT THE ALBERTVILLE LOCATION IS THE BEST! He was friendly, professional, kind, helpful, HONEST ... I can't say enough good things about him. I was very HAPPY to give my purchase business to him as I had a very bad experience with DAVID at the Ramsey location. I had spoken by phone with Cory the day before and was given all the information about the item but wanted to go to Ramsey to check it out (only store that had a floor model). David assisted me at the Ramsey location and lied to me about everything saying item I wanted was no longer available, I would have to purchase the floor model for regular price even though it was damaged, be charged a $199 shipping charge, etc. He never listened to anything I had to say, just wanted to talk over me. He was arrogant and rude. When I told him what Cory and his manager had told me the day before about the item, he apologized for them for lying to me. Really? While at the Ramsey store, I called Cory to be certain all of the information he gave me the day before was true. IT WAS! Before leaving the Ramsey store, I told David ALL of his information was wrong and that I was heading to the Albertville store to make my purchase. I purchased the brand new item which is being shipped from the warehouse FOR FREE with delivery THIS WEEK! As the quote from Pretty Woman says ... Big mistake! Big. Huge. That's right, David ... BIG MISTAKE! I will never return to the Ramsey store but will do ALL OF MY SHOPPING at the Albertville store and only with Cory. THANK YOU, CORY!!!

Quick and easy. They had exactly what we wanted and made it easy. 10 minutes from start to loaded and on the way!

Cory directed me through the buying process step-by-step. I arrived in the store after viewing an item I wanted online. The online process was simple but I ended up with a military discount by going to the store which made the in person process even cheaper than if I’d bought this mattress online. Cory had me set up in less than 15 minutes. Well done!!!

Mark was fantastic on the sales floor and is very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions and address all of our concerns. The delivery personnel were fantastic and set up the furniture quickly. My only issue was not receiving any notice of a delivery window, had to call the delivery line to get the ETA. The delivery arrived a full two hours before the ETA with no advanced notice.

The sales person was very friendly and helpful, but also gave us space to explore and make our decisions. Not pushy at all! Checking out was quick and all of our questions were answered well.
