Slumberland Furniture

The review is less about the product (which is worthy of the five-star review) & more about the person. Adam S. - huge shout out. I called with a struggle (product no longer being made). He went out of his way to hunt down information, help me with a custom order, and custom fabric, and was there with me every step of the way from time of order, to delivery, to pick up. Thank you Adam. Thank you Slumberland. Keep doing it right! 🤙

Josh is the best! He understood my needs and budget. He kept me in budget while providing excellent products. He provided excellent customer service while educating me on modern mattresses. He has the patience of a saint to answer all of my questions. I am truly grateful and I won’t buy from anyone else.

Wow!!! Took a couple trips to Homemakers and just didn’t feel comfortable didn’t like the policies so we came to Slumberland. We were welcomed by Kyle with a big smile and a firm handshake. Chatted for a while then he let us look around on our own. Made us feel comfortable having our small pet with us and even helped us catch him when he jumped out of his basket. We found the perfect sofa and chair set along with end tables and a bed to call our own. If you want treated like royalty, find your way to Slumberland at JORDAN Creek. Thank you, Kyle for your knowledge and your kind smile.

We had a wonderful experience at Slumberland, thanks to our salesman Kyle. We came in looking for a sectional for our basement and a glider for our nursery — two very different purchases — and Kyle made the whole process easy and enjoyable. He was incredibly patient, kind, and genuinely knowledgeable about the products in the store. He took the time to understand what we were looking for and worked with our budget without any pressure. You could tell he actually cared about helping us find the right fit rather than just making a sale. We left feeling confident and comfortable with both of our purchases. If you're shopping at Slumberland, ask for Kyle — you won't be disappointed!

After doing extensive research on a specific La-Z-Boy sectional, we discovered that Slumberland in West Des Moines was the only showroom in the area that actually had it on the floor. We made the trip just to see it in person, but ended up purchasing right then and there because of the incredible service, current sale, and ability to customize the couch. Kyle Hunt was an absolute standout! He was kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. He didn't just answer our questions; he anticipated them. With his help, we were able to customize the layout and fabric to perfectly fit our space. If you're looking for a pressure-free, top-notch experience, ask for Kyle!
