View on GoogleMade the purchase of a refrigerator from these guys in October. I asked about the warranty and they said it was under the manufacturer's parts & labor. So before purchasing I looked into it and the model was over 5yrs old and was no longer covered by the manufacturer. So I communicated that with them and they gave me a parts & labor warranty that covered a year. Honestly it looked legitimate, there's a website, contact info, no outstanding BBB problems I could uncover. Unfortunately it was garbage, just like this appliance store. I moved into the house a month ago and had the refrigerator installed, but the doors latching system is broken and it will not close. So after paying $1900 for the unit and paying $100 for "warranty" service, they will not communicate, do the work or refund. I contacted these guys at Smartbuy again to get their help considering they issued me the warranty. Apparently they have zero relationship with them and after sending one email that they received no response on, they said it's my problem. Be very careful, prices aren't bad, but there's a reason for that. They are selling you garbage and they will not stand behind it!
