Sleep Number

First of all we were fortunate to have Jasmyne as our contact. She was patience and never got frustrated with the many, many questions Anne and I had. She explained everything in detail and put us thru everything we needed to know for the Sleep Number I8 bed we chose. A great experience!!

10/10 Dustin was phenomenal. My partner and I went in not really sure what we wanted. He helped us narrow it down, and ultimately we ended up leaving extremely satisfied with our new purchase. Dustin walked us through the entire process, helped us narrow down our sleep number and even showed us multiple types of pillows until we found the ones perfect for us. Setting up delivery and financing was a breeze, can’t wait for our new mattress and bed to be delivered to our new home. Thanks again Dustin!

After a great 25 year positive Sleep Number experience, we listened to 2 relatives and bought another mattress brand when our Sleep Number was damaged in a move 4 years ago. After months of aches and pains we knew we needed to return to Sleep Number. Filled out a form on the website and within minutes of hitting ‘submit’ my phone rang and Dylan at the Raleigh store was on to ask how he could help. We had a great back and forth. The next day we were at the store and met Jasmine. We took advantage of the Labor Day sale. We’re awaiting deliver so we can get back to some “Sleep Number Sleep”. Can’t say enough positive things about the service that Dylan and Jasmine provided. If anyone is thinking Sleep Number, deal with the Raleigh store on Capital Blvd.

Had a great conversation with Dylan about pillows and cases specifically. He was very knowledgeable and friendly as he answered my many questions. The whole purchase process was easy. I would definitely shop at this store again.

Our experience w the ladies was as it was w our first purchase in July 24. The new manager, Dillon, can use some people skills. Coming back for a 2nd purchase w my Aunt, you'd think he could speak, greet, acknowledge w a simple hello, welcome, eye contact, anything would have been simple enough. Were we not finalizing the purchase right then, we'd have taken our purchase to another store. My Aunt and I just dropped another purchase and you'd have thought we were not 2 feet or less from him.
