Smith Furniture Co

I recently purchased furniture from Smith Furniture & Mattresses in Huntington, IN, and had an excellent experience from beginning to end. This fourth-generation family business carries top quality brands like La Z Boy, Smith Brothers of Berne, and Signature Design by Ashley, and the craftsmanship shows. The owner, Jordan Smith, and my salesperson, Diana Hull, were friendly, knowledgeable, and focused on helping me find exactly what I needed. Communication was great, pricing was fair, and the entire process was smooth. The delivery team, consisting of Braxton Smysen and Ian Broaderick, was professional, punctual, and careful with every item. They made sure everything was set up perfectly. I also recommend visiting their website, which is detailed and helpful for exploring furniture options before you visit the store. In summary, I highly recommend Smith Furniture and Mattresses for anyone in Huntington or the Fort Wayne area looking for quality furniture and exceptional service.

It was a good experience. The staff was very helpful and answered all of our questions. We were able to make purchases that were within our budget. I would recommend them. Great people!

Smith Furniture is the place to go when you're looking for quality furniture. The customer service is excellent--their associates will spend lots of time with you helping you find what you need, picking out fabric, etc. We recently purchased a couch, recliner and new mattresses there. This was after shopping around in Ft. Wayne and Berne and finding that our own downtown establishment had better pricing! They offer inexpensive delivery/haul-away service. We've also contacted them when we have items to sell--they'll pick up quality used furniture at a fair price to be resold at their used furniture location. Check them out if you're in the market for some new pieces.

Went to Smith Furniture for the first time on Monday and had an excellent experience. They have a great selection with really good prices. I was very impressed and will definitely return. I highly recommend. Thank you, Diana, for your wonderful assistance.

Well organized, and every piece of furniture is strategically placed according to their standards. I love their lifetime warranty on the sectional I bought.
