A gentleman named Travis helped us, and really put in 100% to assist us in finding exactly what we wanted! They have an excellent selection of high quality furniture items, as well as a wide array of options in both styles and colors. They can even alter certain furniture items to make it into whatever you need! I got a beautiful antique white dresser set for my bedroom. They deliver and set up as well!

We visited Ashley while looking for a sectional and were really impressed with the selection—lots of styles and colors to choose from. Phoenix helped us throughout the process, answered all of our questions, and went out of his way to make sure we felt confident in our choice. His attention and effort made the experience smooth and enjoyable.

Overall a good experience. Visited over Labor Day weekend and, after being greeted at the door, was left to decide what pieces I wanted. Spent time looking over the store and when I made my decisions, pricing was discussed. Don’t remember discussing the protection plan I noted on my bill later so that’s why the four vs five stars. My fault for not looking too closely at the time of purchase, I guess, as I thought it was the delivery charge listed. Friendly, easy going staff. I’d shop there again. (Just check the bill closer next time 🤓)

We never felt rushed or pressured to buy, even though we had a lot of questions and took a long time to decide. He was extremely knowledgeable about the quality of the furniture and helped us find the perfect material and configuration for our family. It was a great, stress-free experience from start to finish".

I stopped by the store to look at recliners, and found one that I liked. I asked about taking it home, but normally they have to be ordered. But by chance they had two of the one that I liked. Phoenix spoke to his manager and I was able to purchase and take the recliner home. Phoenix was a very nice young man and went the extra mile for me. That was much appreciated!
