Wonderful experience! Gentlemen who was in the store was so kind and helpful. Even let add a recliner onto my mattress order after I made it days later. Even searched and helped me find perfect recliner I was looking for and on sale too. The gentleman who delivered it were professional and set everything up. Took old recliner for me as well. Highly recommend them

View on GoogleGreat experience! I shopped around at three different places for a new mattress and bedroom suit and Smoky Mountain Mattress came in with the best financing, furniture, and price around! I’m always happy when I can purchase from our local businesses. Kourtney Zine was friendly, professional, and gave me the best possible deal on everything I wanted! Delivery was quick; I was able to get my new furniture in just 48 hours from when I walked in the door. Will definitely be back for a sectional!

View on GoogleKourtney was amazing. Very knowledgeable and attentive. I’ve dealt with them before, bought a mattress from them today, and will continue to give them my business. No need to go to a big box store! Their service is second to none, and prices competitive. Thank you Carl for running an honest business.
