It's rare when a company meets expectations and even more rare when they exceed them. The staff at Snooze is A++, top notch. Months ago I went to one of their Omaha store grand openings. It was an awesome event and from that point forward I knew I would purchase a mattress from them when I was ready. Over time they kept in touch with me and informed of new offerings. I had met Jason months before so when it was time for me to move forward he was there and eager to assist. No high pressure sales pitch, just a true genuine concern that I get the right mattress to meet my needs and budget. He earned my business from day one. Thank Jason for being so patient with me. Also a special shout out to the delivery team. Aiden and Dillon did a great job, moving my old mattress upstairs and carefully placing my new mattress in place. The new beds feel great, so no more sleeping in the recliner for me. Aiden and Dylan delivered our mattresses and set them up perfectly after removing the old one and vacuuming. We looked online first, but chose Snooze instead because the extra service they provided was invaluable. Thanks again guys.
