We just purchased a mattress from Snooze Mattress and it was a great experience. The sales staff is very nice and they tested us to see which Mattress was best for us to sleep on and then we tried out some different ones until we found the one that felt the best and we were given a great price on the mattress. We set up a time for delivery and they delivered right on time and set everything up. We would definitely go back to them for any of our mattress needs and would highly recommend them.

Our experience was great when we went to purchase our mattress, Mike was great. Our mattress is a beauty rest, started sinking in the center after 4 month I didn’t contact them until almost 7 months. The Beauty Rest company will not help me and Snooze will not help us. We took numerous photos showing the dip and still no help. Thousands of dollars down the drain. Would not recommend. I thought about responding to your review on google but felt it inappropriate to share any details publicly of your specific issues. We're truly sorry you are experiencing this issue- we understand how frustrating that must feel, especially with such an important purchase. As discussed, your mattress should be covered under the manufacturer's warranty and their policy requires a visible impression of 1.5 inches before they authorize a replacement. The measurements you submitted currently show a 1 inch impression which unfortunately falls just below their qualification threshold. While we don't control those warranty standards, we have been actively communicating with the manufacturer on your behalf. Once that mattress gets to that level the warranty should be able to be resubmitted and claim filed for replacement. Unfortunately we cannot just replace it right now because you have already utilized your comfort exchange with your previous mattresses you returned. That does not mean that we can't replace it once the warranty has been issued. I apologize if I did not make that clear. Once it does get to an inch and a half we can do that, after you have filed that warranty claim. You are welcome to reach out to us directly so we can keep working toward a resolution together. They have fantastic mattresses here! The technology the have integrated with the mattresses is amazing. All the data can sync with your phone which is what I really need to do. I even did the pressure mapping which I thought was hilarious, but it was actually really useful to see how my pressure points on the mattress change with different pillows and raising my head or my feet. There wasn’t the annoying sales vibe that usually comes with mattress stores too. And that’s refreshing. The owners Sharon and Ken are incredible people. Salt of the earth. 10/10 would recommend.

Sharon at Snooze Mattress was so helpful. She took the time to answer our questions and gave us options that fit into our price range, and now we have a comfortable mattress to sleep on! I would definitely recommend them!
