Tia at the American Fork store was awesome to work with. She was so patient while we tried every mattress and took our time shopping. She is knowledgeable, helpful and got us into a great new bed. Thanks Tia!

Tia is so nice and helpful and I appreciate all she did for me. But I am really disappointed I paid $3600 on a mattress and when it didn’t work out they wouldn’t exchange cuz I was just barely over the exchange period. (They say I was “well over” but the FIRST time I called I was just barely over and they said there was nothing they could do. The second time I called because I was so desperate and they said if I had called within 20 days of the trial period they would have helped, which I had the first time and they said no. I think being over a little bit is a small technicality for them and a big downfall for the customer who paid a fortune and got stuck in pain for the next 10+ years. When I told my chiropractor he said it seems like that is a dumb thing for them to do to make an enemy. Not that I’m their enemy, but his words. Everyone I’ve told has thought it was insane they were fine for a customer be that uncomfortable and unhappy and in pain over such a small technicality and such an expensive product for me. But they don’t care cuz they have their money. For them it’s 4 months, for me it’s forever. I had been traveling and not in town to even exchange it or even use it, but I had also tried calling a few times before the period was out and never got ahold of anyone. I know I should have called more, that’s on me but I am busy and have a bad memory. Anyway, this mattress is horrible on my and my husbands back. He literally can sleep anywhere on anything but this has thrown his back out. We are now constantly going to the chiropractor. When I called to beg and and ask for an exception and we would even pay a fee they said there was nothing they could do. It’s 4 months old and it was a small fortune! It’s not sagging enough to be defective but we cannot believe how much it did so fast. You can already see our body imprints after such a short amount of time and we even have turned it. We tried getting a firm topper but even that sunk into the holes without us even sitting on it yet. It’s crazy. So basically we are screwed and have to live in pain or sell our mattress on KSL for Pennies on the dollar and I don’t know about you but I do not have that kind of money. We came to buy a new mattress BECAUSE we were in pain and willing to spend more to be out of pain but we threw money down the drain to be in pain yet again. I’m really disappointed in the customer service and I’ve been crying my eyes out in stress over it. Now we have to sell a brand new mattress for what we can get for it and buy a cheap mattress, hopefully one that won’t cause pain, to get by until we can afford another one in the future.
